One of the main areas of consultancy is the project and thus building optimisation. Optimisation is based on an analysis that focuses on the strengths and weaknesses of the object according to the sustainability criteria listed above, the characteristics of the market, the costs of realisation and/or conversion and the costs of operation throughout the building's life cycle. Optimisation takes place through the cross-assessment of different scenarios and the consequent transformation of qualitative criteria into quantitative terms (higher gain in the short and long term).
