Founder and partner of deltaZERO, after 30 years as a planner, construction manager and real estate developer, I offer my expertise as a partner for strategic decision-making and problem-solving related to construction and urban planning projects.
Graduated in architecture from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Zurich in 1989, he opened his architectural office in Lugano the same year.
In the 1990s, his interest in town planning and the functioning of institutions led him to political positions at municipal level in Switzerland and Italy.
During the same period, in parallel with his professional activity, he held annual cycles of lectures in architectural technology at the Milan Polytechnic.
He gained organisational experience through military training courses: he was an officer in the Engineer Corps with command functions up to battalion level.
He has carried out both private and public appraisal work and acted as an accredited expert for one of the most important international banks.
In 2003, he founded with Maria Mazza deltaZERO, an interdisciplinary design group dedicated to the development of buildings with a high degree of integration of technological systems and zero energy consumption.
Adjunct professor at Henan Polytecnic University (CN), he lectured on next generation buildings and sustainable land and city development in Switzerland, Italy, Germany, France, UK, Brazil and China.
He is active in real estate recovery and promotion, and is involved in the design and construction of residential, commercial, industrial and urban planning buildings.
